Banquets can start with hors d'oeuvres, then onto a personalized menu, and finish with refreshing fruit and coffee. We can serve any size group. Party Platters are perfect for a casual evening get together.

Corporate Accounts

Main Event Catering offers it's corporate accounts the convenience of Corporate Charge Accounts. You will simply sign for your order once we deliver it and pay the invoice you receive you in the mail. We are able to accommodate Purchase Orders as well as set up seperate accounts for each department to keep the billing seamless. PLANNING A CORPORATE EVENT

  • Determine the objective of the meeting and develop a budget

  • Determine the desired dates for the event. Are you flexible?

  • Selecting a location and tour the property. Decide on the specific set-up required.

  • Prepare a preliminary agenda and guest list.

  • Order signs and other printed material needed now that your dates are confirmed. Mail Invitations.

  • Decide on food and beverage requirements: meals, breaks, and beverages. Begin meeting with your caterer.

  • Selecting Audio Visual equipment needed while communicating with your speaker if you have one to ensure they have what they need.

  • Confirm guarantee number of attendees with the location and the caterer.

  • Mail supplies to your meeting place at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

  • Review all details of the event and walk through your space with your planner when you arrive.

  • Sign banquet checks each day and review the next days.

  • Conduct a post-conference meeting to discuss any issues or compliments with your planner.
